Capetown Admitting Jews Are Hardest Hit

The Minister of the Interior in an address before the South African Parliament here repudiated the charge that Jewish immigrants are being discriminated against by the Government. He admitted that Jews had been affected mainly by the immigration restrictions, but contended that the regulations were being enforced without any anti-Semitic bias.
