The Casablanca Municipal Council today decided to rename one of the city’s streets, Rue Eleonore Fournier, after the late Ruben. Tajouri, former representative in Morocco of the Alliance Israelite Universelle. The proposal on the new street name was made in the Council by Max Loeub, a Municipal Councillor and a member of the Casablanca Jewish Committee.
