John Felicity, born in France, of the Catholic religion, and for many years superintendent of the building which houses the Allied Jewish Appeal and Federation of Jewish Charities here, was revealed this week-end as a benefactor of the organizations which he had serve. Mr. Felicity, who died at his desk August 3, made the Appeal and the Federation the beneficiaries of his insurance.
