Dr. Theodor Oberlaender, who was forced to resign as West German Minister for Refugees because of allegations involving him in the wartime mass murder of Jews in Lvov, will return to the Bundestag by appointment, it was disclosed today.
He will fill a Bundestag seat vacated by the death of a deputy from Lower Saxony. He ran unsuccessfully in the most recent elections to Parliament for re-election to the Bundestag.
