The fifty-fourth annual convention of the Central Conference of American Rabbis will be held in New York City, opening on Tuesday, June 22, and continuing through Sunday, June 27, it was announced here today.
Among the high-lights of the Convention will be the joint meeting with the Rabbinical Assembly, the theme of which will be “The Centrality of the Synagogue in American Jewish Life,” a round table discussion on “The compatability of Zionism with Reform Judaism;” various reports on Jewish education; and a symposium on “Faith of the Jews in the Armed Forces.”
