The Chairman of the Kalinindorf Collective “Roiter Stern,” A. Heissinski, was sentenced today to five years imprisonment and the loss of his civil rights for a period of two years.
He was found guilty of speculation and misuse of his authority as a result of which the collective failed to achieve its grain quota and to deliver its share to the government.
Heissinski was tried on the basis of charges against him published by the Charkov “Stern.”
