“The World Zionist Executive must discontinue its quieting policy and issue an urgent call for a Zionist congress in order to enable the Jewish masses to protest against the endeavor to limit their recognized rights for the upbuilding of a Jewish national home,” declares the Central committee of Polish Zionists in a statement sent to the Zionist Executive after hearing of the stoppage of immigration to Palestine.

The Chalutzim (pioneers) Organization had telegraphed to the British Labor Party a protest against the immigration labor stoppage and is requesting help for the 30,000 chalutzim, 4,500 of whom were all ready to go to Palestine and had severed relations with the Diaspora. The right Poale Zion also cabled a protest to the British Labor Party.
