Austin Chamberlain, Foreign Secretary in the Baldwin cabinet, will be the representative of Great Britain at the meeting of the Council of the League of Natios which will be held in Rome on December 8.
As reported yesterday, the Council will, in all probability take up the report of the Permanent Mandates Commission on the situation in Palestine.
