U.S. deportation proceedings against Mike Pasker, who is accused of fraudulently concealing his Nazi activities in World War II when he was admitted to the United States in 1950, have been transferred from Los Angeles to Miami, the Justice Department has announced. No date has been set for the hearing. The Department said that the transfer was ordered when it become known that Pasker was living in St. Petersburg, Florida and no longer in Santa Monica, Calif. He is accused of having helped German and Lithuanian forces persecute Jews in Lithuania in 1941 and 1942.
