Four Jewish men and women have been arrested for a crime alleged by the anti-Semitic press to have been committed during the German occupation period.
These Jews, it is charged, living in the township of Jesow, Brzezin district, informed the Germans of the Poles who had stolen a German military automobile and sold it to the Russians. As a result of this information, they charge, one Christian was executed by the Germans and a number imprisoned.
The anti-Semitic press does not account for the reason there was such delay in filing the charges, if they are true. Meanwhile, much is made about the “treason” of the Jews.
