Disruptive German and Arab elements in Argentina are constantly seeking to saw discord between the Argentine Jewish community and the government, as well as between the governments of Argentina and Israel, but the government of General Peron is taking counter-measures to ensure harmony, Hirsch Triwaks, prominent Argentine businessman and member of the DAIA praesidium, said here this week-end. He spoke at a reception tendered him at New York headquarters of the World Jewish Congress.
