Charges that the Vare political organization sent out five thousand cards signed Ku Klux Klan to voters of a district where the population is predominantly Jewish and Negro, were preferred before the House Campaign Funds Committee, hearing charges of election frauds. The allegation declares that the Ku Klux Klan was conjured up to persuade voters to support Roosevelt and Garner for President and Vice-President.
