Chicago Merchants Will Leaves $100,000 to Charity

Charitable bequests of $100,000 are provided for in the will of Milton L. Hartman, Chicago furniture dealer who died in Los Angeles. The will, disposing of an estate of $1,000,000 directs the widow, Mrs. Blanche Smith Hartman, to supervise the expenditure of the charity fund.
