The sixtieth birthday of Rabbi Stephen S. Wise will be celebrated here with a testimonial dinner at the Stevens Hotel on March 27, followed by a mass gathering, open to the public.
Rabbi Solomon Goldman will address the gathering at the Stevens Hotel. Members of the honorary reception committee include Judge Samuel Alschuler, Professor Eustace Haydon, Julius Klein, Rabbi Gerson Levi, Professor Charles H. Merriam, Judge Joseph Sabath, Dr. Otto L. Schmidt, Silas H. Strawn and Graham Taylor.
