A Chinese sociologist, Dr. Hsin Pau Yang. arrived in Israel as a guest of the Jewish Agency settlement department to lecture on problems in rural sociology. Dr. Hsin is former director of the Chinese agricultural extension program and it is hoped that his lectures will assist Israeli settlements with a number of problems facing them.
