Supreme Court Justice Louis A. Valente yesterday summarily dismissed a petition by the Christian Mobilizers for an injunction to restrain the Justice Department from inquiring into its affairs and from using income tax, passport and foreign agents laws against anti-Semitic organizations. Counsel for the Mobilizers said an Appellate Division review would be sought.
