The Archbishop of Canterbury today urged all Christians to Join in intercession prayers for the German and Austrian Jews proclaimed throughout the country for July 17. “It is Altogether right that Christians should Join in prayer for God’s ancient people,” who are being persecuted, the Archbishop said. “We are especially Bound to think of the fellow Christians having Jewish Blood in their veins. They, too, come under the same condemnation of what is called non-Aryan. Surely this is a duty for all Christian people.”
