Lt. Col. Moshe Pearlman, chief of the foreign press division of the Israel Government and ranking public relations officer of Israel’s armed forces, has arrived here by air for a three-week visit. During his stay in the United States, Col. Pearlman will survey the information services of the Israel Embassy and Israel consulates in this country.
