The greetings of the Central Committee of the He’chalutz, the Zionist pioneer society, to the conference of Jewish colonists, workers and artisans in Crimea, in session in Simferopol, was rejected by the conference by an overwhelming majority, the vote being 294 to 6.
Chalutzim and Zionist delegates to the conference were not permitted to speak. The Zionist Socialist group circulated a special proclamation, the purpose of which was to outline its attitude.
