The House of Representatives of the Colorado Legislature this week-end unanimously voted to amend the state election law to permit persons of the Jewish faith to vote by absentee ballot in the primaries which fall on September 12, the first day of Rosh Hashanah. The Senate unanimously passed the amendment last week. The state of Michigan decided more than a month ago to permit Jews to vote by absentee ballot in its primary.
