This city has been selected by the officers and board of the Central Conference of American Rabbis for its next convention May 25 to 30, Rabbi Samuel M. Gup, corresponding secretary, announced today.
CORRECTION
In yesterday’s edition of the J.T.A. News, the New York Times was incorrectly quoted as stating that the newly-appointed German Ambassador to the United States, Dr. Hans H. Dieckhoff, who is to succeed Dr. Hans Luther, was not a Nazi Party member. The quotation referred to Dr. Luther, of whom the Times correspondent said though he wasn’t a member, he was “not out of sympathy with the present regime.”
