Brig. Gen. Ednund Eobree, commander of the U.S. armed forces in Munich, announced today he will participate in Passover religious services and in the traditional Seder to be held on Saturday evening. Joint services for Jewish members of the U.S. ocoupation forces and for local Jewish residente will be conducted at the Chinese Tower in Munich’s famous English Gardon, which is now an American military installation.
A new mass grave containing the remains of concentration camp inmates was found by workmen near Dachau, it was revealed today by Col. Harry Bolan, deputy commander of the military post located near the infamous camp. Authorities in the area said they plan to erect a memorial on the site of the mass grave.
