The Palestine Partition Commission continued its London hearings behind closed doors today. Bernard A. Rosenblatt of Haifa, formerly a New York magistrate, testified. He is believed to have outlined for the commission a plan, of which he is the author, for a federation of Palestine states, including Transjordan, modeled after the united states.
