Mrs. Lillian Held, Mr. Morris Assofsky and Miss Cecelia Rozofsky left yesterday for Cuba, as a commission representing the Council of Jewish Women and the Hias, for the purpose of extending help to the Jewish refugees now stranded in that country.
The commission will, among other things, establish an employment bureau and classes in English and Spanish.
