The American Jewish Committee and the American Jewish Congress will be represented officially at a public debate, arranged here for Wednesday night, on the feasibility of convening a world Jewish congress next Summer.
The debate is being held under the auspices of Gombiner Lodge, Independent Order Brith Sholom, and Judge William M. Lewis will come from Philadelphia to preside. The Committee will be represented by Sidney Wallach and the Congress by Rabbi Joshua Goldberg.
