A defense committee has been formed here to save four Jews in the British zone of Germany who have been condemned to death by a British military court in Hanover. The Jews were charged with attempting to blast a section at railroad track.

The committee plans to visit high American military officials in Frankfurt, Headquarters of the U.S. Army in Germany, and appeal for support in the campaign to ## the four. They will point out that the charge that the Jews planned to blast ## railroad has not been proven and that actually the defendants purchased the excessive for resale. The committee will also cite the fact that the Germans who sold ## dynamite only received prison terms.
