The judges who sentenced Aba Achimeier, Revisionist Zionist leader, to serve a twenty-one month sentence in jail for supposed activity in the Brith Habiryonim, alleged terrorist organization, fully considered his previous imprisonment on the charge of having inspired the murder of Dr. Chaim Arlosoroff, the House of Commons was informed today by Sir Philip Cunliffe-Lister, British Colonial Secretary.

Sir Philip also told Colonel Josiah Wedgwood, who questioned him, that an appeal from the verdict is possible, but that none has been lodged at yet.

The Colonial Secretary, in answer to further questions from Colonel Wedgwood, stated that anyone of good character who has resided in Palestine for two or three years immediately preceding the application can obtain a naturalization certificate by paying $2.50.
