M. Kipper, director of the Communist Party in the Stalindorf region and secretary of the Jewish collective, “Apikoires,” was reprimanded and threatened with expulsion from the Communist Party because the region failed to deliver its bread quota to the government.

Two Communist members of the collective, Kusovski and Simkin, were expelled from the Party and will be placed on trial. The charges against them are that they co-operated with the Kulaks and failed to maintain sufficient watchfulness over the affairs of the collective.
