The Central Communist Party has refused to accept into the party the 24 former leaders of the left-wing Poale Zion, who some weeks ago publicly denounced their belief in Zionism, gave up their fight against Bira Bidjan and applied for membership in the Communist Party. It is understood that they were informed that their acceptance into the party en bloc was impossible but that they could apply individually to local Communist groups who would consider whether they were suitable candidates for the party.
