The communistic groups belonging to the Third International are obliged to fight for the citizenship rights of the Jewish population in the various Eastern European countries, according to the text of the resolution of the National Minorities problem which was adopted at the Fifth Congress of the Communistic International recently held in Moscow.

The resolution, the full text of which was made public here to-day, protests against the Anti-Semitic movement in Poland, Hungary and Roumania and urges the communists to start a campaign in the various countries for the emancipation of the Jews and the granting of national autonomy rights to the Jewish communists.
