The condition of Dr. Ignacy Sohwarzhart, head of the organization department of the World Jewish Congress, who suffered a heart attack while addressing a gathering here, was reported improved today.
Dr. Schwarzbart left the United States about a week ago. He was planning to visit a number of Latin American countries and made his first stop in Brazil. He is one of the leading figures of the world Zionist movement and a former member of the Polish Cabinet-in-Exile.
