Kaplan, of the Jewish Theological Seminary of America, and Dr. Samson Benderly, director of the Bureau of Jewish Education in New York City; Israel S. Chipkin, educational director of the Jewish Education Association of New York; Dr. Alexander M. Dushkin, director, Board of Jewish Education of Chicago; Ben Rosen, director, Associated Talmud Torahs of Philadelphia; Dr. Emanuel Gamoran, educational director of Synagogue and School Extension, U.A.H.S., Cincinnati; and a group of prominent laymen, including Ludwig Vogelstein, Judge Otto A.
