Israeli and Jewish observers here will watch with close interest the conference on Germany’s pre-war external debts which reopens here tomorrow. Moshe, Keren, Israel’s Charge d’affairs in London, will attend the conference to keep an eye on Germany’s stand toward the claims of the 28 nations represented at the parley. It is believed here that from the attitude of the German delegation at this conference some indication may be obtained of the German attitude towards the Jewish claims.
