Congress has adopted without dissent a concurrent resolution “urging the government of Syria, on humanitarian grounds, to permit Syrian Jews to emigrate.” The Senate Wednesday approved a resolution without dissent by a voice vote. The House previously, by a vote on the floor and in its Foreign Affairs Committee, adopted the resolution without dissent.
