On Thursday, Baruch Tenembaum, an Argentine Jew who started the foundation named for the Swedish diplomat who saved thousands of Hungarian Jews during World War II, will be honored at the initiative of Rep. Tom Lantos (D-Calif.), who survived the Holocaust in Hungary.
