The congress of Moroccan Jewish community councils, which was to have met in Rabat next month, has been postponed indefinitely, it was reported here today. The congress had been called to reorganize the structure of the Jewish communities in Morocco and to study problems such as the difficulty in obtaining passports and the absence of postal relations with Israel.
