Confidence in the ultimate victory of the Zionist cause was expressed in messages from Congressional leaders received today by the Bnai Zion in connection with the 38th Annual Order Day dinner to be held at the Commodore Hotel this Sunday.
The messages came from Senator Alben Barrley, majority leader of the Senate; Representative John W. McCormack, majority leader of the House; Rep. Joseph W. Martin, Jr., minority leader of the House; and Senator Robert A. Taft, who with Senator Wagner was author of the Palestine Resolution adopted by Congress last December. More than 2,000 persons are expected to attend the dinner at which Dr. Abba Hillel Silver, president of the Zionist Organization of American, will be the principal speaker.
