The building activities for the Einstein Institute of Physics at the Hebrew University, which is to be erected at the cost of $100,000 donated by Philip Wattenburg of New York, and for the National Library, a part of the University, will begin on Mount Scopus shortly, it was announced here today.
The plans have just been completed by Professor Mears, the associate of Professor Patrick Geddes, British architect who designed the University.
