Barnet Lieberman of Philadelphia was elected president of the National Federation of Jewish Ken’s Clubs at the closing session last night of the organization’s 20th annual convention here. He succeeds Stanley Garten, who was elected honorary president. Judge Louis E. Levithal, of Philadelphia, former president of the Zionist Organization, was awarded the Federation’s 1949 gold medal award “for distinguishes service to the Jewish community.”
