Minnie Stein of Pittsburgh was elected president of the National Council of Jewish Juniors at the sixth biennial convention held in this city. Rose Beck of Bridgeport, Conn., was elected first vice-president; Virginia Schwalb of Cleveland, second vice-president; Frances Hoffman of Minneapolis, secretary and Raymond L. Miranda of Roxbury, Mass., treasurer.
The retiring president reported a membership of 8,000, spread over 104 sections. The convention voted to appropriate funds for the Jewish Centre in Havana.
