The appeal-of Count Hatvany to the Royal Court against the seven year term imposed upon him for writing against the Horthy regime was postponed until the middle of May.
The question of releasing the prisoner on bail will come up tomorrow before the criminal court. If granted, Hatvany may be released on a bond of 100,000 pengoes ($17,200).
