A beginner’s braille Hebrew course for the blind is being undertaken by the Jewish Braille Institute of America in cooperation with the Tarbuth Foundation for the Advancement of Hebrew Culture. The course in conversational Hebrew will appear in the Jewish Braille Review and will be available in book form as well. Dr. Sholmo Kodesh of Jerusalem is the author of the course which appeared originally in weekly newspaper columns in American-Jewish weeklies.
