Special Sessions Court in suburban Queens County has dismissed charges against two youths of attempting to organize a neo Nazi movement.
John Wallace, 20, Hugh Barlow 20 and Richard E. Phelps, 17, were arrested last January 14, when hate scribblings, swastika armbands and similar materials were found in Wallace’s home in Flushing. The three were charged with treason and conspiracy but the treason charges were dismissed a day after they were filed. Phelps was convicted on the conspiracy charge on August 17 and sentenced to three years on probation. Now the conspiracy charge was dismissed against Wallace and Barlow.
