Court records indicate that an Israeli businessman convicted of selling materials and equipment to Iran to produce chemical weapons signed an agreement with Iran to provide the know-how to build mustard and nerve gas factories. The disclosure emerged from the publication this week of a Supreme Court ruling rejecting Nahum Manbar’s appeal of his 16-year jail sentence.
