Court Refuses to Release Jewish Labor Head, on Bail

The Court of Appeals rejected the request of the counsel of Dr. Joseph Kruk, Jewish labor leader sentenced to eighteen months imprisonment, that Kruk be released on bail.

It is stated that a second trial will take place the end of January.
