Court Ruling Menaces Status of 20,000 Who Entered Palestine Illegally

The status of an estimated 20,000 Jews whose entry to Palestine was irregular was today made permanently insecure by an Assize Court ruling that illegal immigrants may be expelled at any time they are discovered. Previously they could be deported only if discovered within two years of their entry.
