Croll, Three Others Become King’s Counsels

David A. Croll, Minister of Welfare in the cabinet of Prime Minister Hepburn of Ontario, becomes a King’s Counsel on New Year’s, according to information made available here today.

Three other Jews also receive the same honor. They are Sam Factor, member of the Dominion Parliament; Alderman John J. Glass and Harry M. Lehrer, all of Toronto.

Mark Matveyevich Antokolski, the sculptor, was elected an academician at the express command of Czar Alexander II.
