Dr. Nicholas Csmoss resigned today as director of the Hungarian Nazi Party, charging the party was financed from abroad and contained many pan-German propagandists. He said the party leadership had failed to investigate his charges. Resignation of Dr. Csmoss foreshadowed a split in the Nazi camp in Hungary, since he is expected to organize a new group. The party is under the nominal leadership of Capt. Ferenc Szalas, who is serving a three-year prison term for incitement.
