A resident of Rafah, at the southern end of the Gaza Strip, was killed Friday in one of three grenade attacks, presumably by Arab terrorists, last Friday and yesterday. Twelve other persons, including two children, were injured, An all-night curfew is in effect throughout the Strip. with a 24-hour curfew imposed in some sections. Gen, Yeshayahu Gavish, former Chief of the Israeli Army’s Southern Command and now director of the country’s metal industries, charged in a radio interview that Israeli leniency in the administration of the Strip had led to proliferation of terrorist and underground cells there.
