The Czecho-Slovakian Cabinet yesterday discussed anti-Semitic measures, but dissension arose and a decision was postponed until Friday, the New York Times reported from Prague today. The principal proposals were understood to be revision of citizenships granted since 1919, a numerous clausus in public employment and early expulsion of German and Austrian refugees.
